About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. You will provide critical care, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with physicians.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Perform triage assessments and prioritize interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Mentor junior nurses and medical assistants.
- Communicate care plans with patients and families.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 5+ years Emergency or Critical Care experience.
- ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication skills.
